Belper Ladies Hockey Club was established in 1920 and has grown into one of the most successful clubs in the Midlands. We currently have 4 teams which compete in Midland and Derbyshire leagues, and we are always welcoming new members. All levels of players are catered for at Belper, whether you have ambitions to play at the highest level or just want to play for fitness and fun. We have excellent qualified coaches and run weekly training sessions, including fast-track session for talented juniors. 

All home games are played on our water based astro pitch at Belper Meadows Sports Club, and a newly refurbished club house on site makes for a friendly club atmosphere. We are closely linked with Belper Mens Hockey Club, and there are many fantastic social and fundraising events run throughout the season.

Our Ladies 1st team are currently in Midland Premier League and have recently recruited Wayne Madsen (South Africa Hockey International) as our new Head Coach.
